Overview
micro1 is hiring 1,000 Video Data Annotation Specialists for a remote contractor project supporting the advancement of artificial intelligence. The work focuses on helping train next-generation AI systems through careful review, labeling, and evaluation of multimedia content. No prior AI experience is required, but strong domain knowledge and precision are important.
What You'll Do
- Review short video and audio clips and annotate them according to project guidelines.
- Check the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated descriptions for multimedia content.
- Evaluate content against moderation standards and flag uncertain or inappropriate material with clear rationale.
- Write concise feedback identifying inaccuracies or ambiguities in AI outputs.
- Maintain consistency and data integrity across large volumes of submissions.
- Work remotely with project managers and other specialists to clarify guidelines and support process improvements.
- Protect project data and follow confidentiality and data protection standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video and audio annotation, content labeling, or content moderation.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- High attention to visual and audio detail and a history of accurate annotation work.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements or guidelines.
- Familiarity with guideline-based evaluation and quality assurance practices.
- Proactive mindset toward process improvement and sharing best practices in remote work.
