1. About ExpertWoka
ExpertWoka is an online platform that helps users discover AI-related, remote and professional opportunities and provides related career tools, information and professional profile features.
ExpertWoka may provide features including opportunity listings, information about third-party work platforms, professional profiles, a CV Builder, articles, newsletters and other career-related resources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular opportunity or service, ExpertWoka is not the employer, recruiter or hiring decision-maker for third-party opportunities listed or referenced on the platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms under the laws applicable to you. If applicable law requires permission from a parent, guardian or other authorised person for you to use a service such as ExpertWoka, you are responsible for obtaining that permission.
When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

ExpertWoka provides information about opportunities that may be offered by independent companies, platforms, organisations or other third parties.
We aim to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, but third-party opportunities may change, close, be paused, become unavailable, change their eligibility requirements or compensation, or otherwise differ from information previously available.
Users should review the current information, requirements and terms provided by the organisation responsible for an opportunity before applying, accepting work or providing personal information.
4. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
ExpertWoka contains links to third-party websites, applications, companies and work platforms.
These third parties operate independently from ExpertWoka. Their services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, payment arrangements and other requirements.
ExpertWoka does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, hiring decisions, payment decisions, account actions or independent business practices.
You are responsible for reviewing applicable third-party terms before using those services.
5. Referral and Affiliate Links
Some links on ExpertWoka may be referral or affiliate links. This means ExpertWoka may receive a benefit, commission, referral payment or other compensation when an eligible user follows a link or completes a qualifying action.
The presence of a referral or affiliate arrangement does not guarantee that a user will be accepted for an opportunity or receive any particular result.

You are responsible for information and materials you submit to ExpertWoka and must have the necessary rights or permission to provide them.
You must not knowingly submit content that:
- is materially false, fraudulent or misleading;

- unlawfully exposes another person's personal information;
- impersonates another person or organisation; or
- otherwise violates applicable law.
Where you choose to make a professional profile publicly visible, you understand that information included in that public profile may be accessible to other internet users.
7. CV Builder
The ExpertWoka CV Builder is a tool intended to help users prepare professional CV or resume materials.
You remain responsible for reviewing your CV before using or submitting it. ExpertWoka does not guarantee that a CV created using the tool will result in an interview, employment, project selection or any other particular outcome.
You should ensure that information included in your CV is accurate and appropriate for the organisations to which you choose to submit it.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ExpertWoka. In particular, you must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform;
- use automated systems to overload, disrupt or unlawfully extract information from ExpertWoka;
- use ExpertWoka to distribute malware, spam or fraudulent content;
- misrepresent your identity or qualifications in a materially deceptive way;
- use information obtained through ExpertWoka to harass, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against another person;

Company names, logos, trademarks and third-party materials appearing on ExpertWoka remain the property of their respective owners where applicable. Their appearance on ExpertWoka does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership.
10. Accuracy and Availability
We work to maintain useful and current information, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of information on ExpertWoka will always be complete, current or error-free.
ExpertWoka may update, correct, remove or change content and features where reasonably necessary.
