Job Description
micro1 is hiring 10,000 Video Annotation Specialists for a project involving the review and annotation of videos showing robotic arms performing designated tasks.
Annotators will carefully review video footage, identify important actions and outcomes, and label events according to detailed project guidelines. The resulting data will be used to support the training and improvement of next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required, although previous experience with AI training, data annotation, or robotics projects is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Review videos of robotic arms performing assigned tasks.
- Identify key actions, events, and outcomes within each video.
- Tag and annotate video content according to detailed grading guidelines.
- Use video annotation tools and platforms to record structured observations.
- Produce accurately labeled data for AI training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with project trainers and other contributors to resolve unclear cases and maintain annotation consistency.
- Document findings and submit completed annotations according to project standards.
- Participate in quality reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Communicate project progress and annotation challenges when required.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing visual data.

Preferred Experience
- Previous video annotation or data labeling experience.
- Familiarity with video annotation tools and software.
- Previous work on AI training or machine-learning data preparation projects.
- Experience with robotics-related projects is strongly preferred.
Contract & Compensation
This is a remote contractor opportunity with 10,000 openings.
Compensation is advertised at $50–$90 per hour.
