Overview
micro1 is selecting Training & Development Specialists for a customer project centered on learning program design and delivery. The work supports next-generation AI systems with high-quality, real-world input, and no prior AI experience is required. This is a remote contractor role with 50 openings.
What You'll Do
- Define clear, measurable learning objectives for specific audience needs.
- Design structured learning programs from objectives through modules, activities, and assessments.
- Create educational materials and resources suitable for digital delivery, including presentations and instructional content.
- Develop basic assessment tools such as quizzes and rubrics to measure learner progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment and keep alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Refine program design and materials based on feedback and changing project requirements.
- Document processes and best practices to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
- Ability to define learning outcomes and connect them to activities and assessments.
- Experience creating educational content for diverse audiences, especially in remote or digital settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for virtual collaboration.
- Knowledge of assessment creation, including quizzes and rubrics.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on learner-centric solutions.
