Responsibilities
- Use QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop in day-to-day work.
- Handle invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors.
- Identify accounting errors and workflow issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
- Strong background in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
