micro1 is engaging Airtable Specialists for a customer's project focused on improving workflow automation and data management practices. The work supports training next-generation AI systems with high-quality real-world input. No prior AI experience is required; strong domain expertise with Airtable and workflow design is the key requirement. The opportunity is remote and includes 40 openings.
Scope of Work
- Complete and review realistic workflows in Airtable.
- Explore Airtable features and identify common real-world use cases.
- Create and manage bases, tables, views, fields, records, and relationships.
- Use Airtable automations, forms, interfaces, and related features.
- Show how Airtable can support project, product, or operational workflows.
- Find efficient ways to organize and manage information in Airtable.
- Document workflow steps clearly and accurately.
- Evaluate whether workflows and instructions reflect realistic Airtable usage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on Airtable experience in a professional setting.
- Experience creating and managing Airtable bases and workflows.
- Familiarity with Airtable automations, views, forms, interfaces, and integrations.
- Experience using Airtable for product management, project management, business operations, or similar workflows.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and data organization.
- Ability to explain processes and workflows clearly.
- Comfort exploring Airtable features independently and completing practical tasks.
