Talent Sourcer, Expert AI Trainers

Role

• Source, vet, and onboard specialized AI trainers, annotators, and other experts across different skills and languages.
• Recruit candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, professional communities, universities, and niche networks.
• Build and improve sourcing channels using AI workflows and automation.
• Develop candidate vetting and assessment processes based on project requirements.
• Maintain relationships with experts between projects.
• Track recruiting metrics including outreach volume, response rates, conversion, and time-to-fill.
• Collaborate with project and delivery teams to define candidate profiles.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to build AI workflows to scale effective processes and improve the annotator experience.
• Strong written communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments such as startups, agencies, or consulting.
• Proactive, resilient, and adaptable.
