Overview
micro1 is seeking 50 Producers (Film/TV/Digital/Live) for a remote contractor project focused on advancing AI evaluation. The role uses real production expertise to help train next-generation AI systems with high-quality, industry-relevant input. No prior AI experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Design evaluation tasks that reflect realistic production-management scenarios, including budget reconciliation, scheduling changes, and vendor or crew coordination.
- Source and curate authentic production materials such as budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules, and crew assignments.
- Create solution sets and correct answers that account for multiple production constraints and real-world decision-making.
- Build multi-item rubrics with 35+ criteria to assess nuanced judgment and constraint handling.
- Write clear documentation of processes and workflows in precise written English for AI benchmarking and technical review.
- Work with the project team to refine task design and keep it aligned with current industry practices.
- Contribute practical insight into production challenges so the work stays authentic and rigorous.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery in film, television, digital, or live event production, with 5+ years of credited project experience.
- Direct experience managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.
- Proven ability to coordinate vendors and crew under tight time, cost, and resource constraints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for production documentation and technical materials.
- Experience creating or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.
- Strong analytical judgment and interest in building realistic, high-standard industry benchmarks.
Compensation
Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications. Submission minimums apply, and the time required per task may vary by experience and workflow.
Availability
micro1 notes that roles are typically filled within 48 hours and selected experts are expected to begin first tasks within 24-48 hours of onboarding.
