Operations & Service Delivery Expert

Overview

micro1 is looking for 15 Operations & Service Delivery Experts to review, reconstruct, and improve business slides for a customer project. The work focuses on operations and service delivery content, and it is intended to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise is the key requirement.

Scope of Work

• Review images of business slides covering topics like process improvement, logistics reviews, service-level reviews, and capacity planning.
• Rebuild slides in Microsoft PowerPoint with accuracy, clarity, and correct industry terminology.
• Improve data visualization, message hierarchy, and overall narrative flow using strong visual storytelling practices.
• Document the edits made to each slide, including what was improved and what was intentionally preserved, with a written rationale for each decision.
• Provide clear written logs that explain enhancements and deliberate non-changes, with an emphasis on defending sound existing choices.
• Edit content for precision, factual accuracy, and effective communication for executive and client-facing audiences.
• Deliver work on a project basis, with an expected time commitment of about 1–2 hours per slide; volume may vary depending on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, or process improvement in industry or consultancy settings.
• Experience creating or improving executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for senior or client audiences.
• Strong ability in data visualization, content editing, and visual storytelling for operational subject matter.
• Clear written communication skills for explaining and justifying design, content, and analytical decisions.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to factual accuracy and domain integrity.
• Familiarity with message hierarchy, evidence-supported slide titles, and selecting the right exhibit for the message.
• Experience with AI model training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus, though not required.
