Marketing, Sales & Communications Expert — PowerPoint Review & Reconstruction

Overview

micro1 is seeking 15 Marketing, Sales & Communications Experts for a remote contractor project focused on high-impact business presentations. The work is intended to support training next-generation AI systems, and applicants do not need prior AI experience if they bring strong domain expertise.

Scope of Work

• Receive images of business slides related to marketing, sales, and communications materials and reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Improve slide design, data visualization, and visual storytelling while preserving factual accuracy and domain-specific meaning.
• Prepare a detailed log for each slide explaining what was changed, what was intentionally preserved, and the reasoning behind those choices.
• Work across presentation types such as campaign performance reviews, brand strategy decks, sales pitch decks, and executive board or investor communications.
• Use critical thinking, content editing, and written communication to sharpen messaging, structure, and evidence-based points.
• Ensure revised slides reflect strong practices in marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications without losing important context or caveats.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand, sales enablement, corporate communications, or a relevant agency setting.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations for senior leaders or client stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including layout, visual hierarchy, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to explain why certain elements were improved or preserved.
• Excellent written communication skills for clearly describing messaging hierarchy and visual choices.
• Direct industry or practitioner experience is preferred over a consulting-only background, though both are welcome.
• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus.
