Overview

micro1 is hiring AI Generalist Experts for a remote contractor project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will use your professional experience, AI tools, and practical judgment to complete real-world tasks, evaluate AI outputs, and provide structured feedback that helps improve model usefulness in everyday workflows.

Scope of Work

• Carry out real-world digital workflows across online platforms, products, and services.
• Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and assess how well they perform.
• Handle online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines.
• Document task execution with screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.
• Spot errors, inconsistencies, and improvement areas in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide clear and detailed feedback to help improve AI accuracy and practical usability.
• Work through multiple assignments independently while maintaining high quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• A few years of professional experience in any field such as business, technology, operations, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools.
• Comfort with purchase and cancellation tasks, including the use of personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.
• Biometric capability on a laptop or device is required for secure checkout completion (fingerprint or face recognition).
• Strong digital literacy and confidence using online platforms and applications.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain good weekly availability.
• Previous experience with micro1, AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is a plus.
