Overview
micro1 is seeking US-based AI Image Specialists to support the training and evaluation of image models for a client project. The work centers on creating and reviewing high-quality visual content, comparing it against AI-generated outputs, and documenting where model results need improvement.
What You'll Do
- Upload original, high-quality images for AI model development and evaluation.
- Compare submitted images with AI-generated versions to spot discrepancies, artifacts, and other visual issues.
- Record detailed observations about image quality and model performance using written and verbal communication.
- Apply graphic design judgment to assess composition, aesthetics, and visual fidelity.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across deliverables and communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in graphic design, photography, or another visual arts field.
- Strong photo editing, retouching, and digital image enhancement skills.
- Experience with AI image evaluation, image annotation, or similar tasks.
- Ability to notice subtle visual differences and quality issues.
- Comfort using creative software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar applications.
- Previous experience in AI training or data labeling projects is a plus.
