Generalist

Overview

micro1 is seeking AI Generalist Experts for a customer project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. This is a remote contractor role in the United States with 50 openings. In this project, you will use your professional experience, AI tools, and problem-solving skills to complete real-world tasks, evaluate AI outputs, and provide structured feedback that improves model performance and real-world usability.

Scope of Work

• Execute real-world digital workflows across online platforms, products, and services.
• Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and assess how well they perform.
• Handle online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when needed, following project guidelines.
• Document task execution with screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI-generated outputs can be improved.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback to help improve AI accuracy and usability.
• Work through multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• A few years of professional experience in any field, including business, technology, operations, or a related domain.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Comfort with purchasing and cancellation tasks, including the use of personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.
• Access to biometrics on a laptop or device to complete checkouts securely, such as fingerprint or face recognition.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence using online platforms and applications.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain good weekly availability.
• Previous experience with micro1, AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is a plus.
