Overview

micro1 is seeking AI Generalist Experts for a remote contractor opportunity in the United States, with 50 openings on the project. The role supports a customer initiative focused on improving next-generation AI systems by completing real-world tasks, evaluating AI outputs, and providing structured feedback.

Scope of Work

• Carry out real-world digital workflows across online platforms, products, and services.
• Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and assess how well they perform.
• When required, complete online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows in line with project guidelines.
• Record task execution with screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.
• Spot errors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback to support better AI accuracy and practical usability.
• Handle multiple assignments independently while maintaining strong quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• A few years of professional work experience in any field, such as business, technology, operations, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence working across online platforms and applications.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong written communication and documentation ability.
• Comfort with real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including the use of personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain consistent weekly availability.
• Previous experience with micro1, AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
