Job Description
micro1 is hiring 1,000 Generalists to support a customer project focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems.
You’ll analyze and annotate data, evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality written feedback, and complete problem-solving tasks across a variety of topics.
No previous AI experience is required. The role is suited to people with strong critical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze, evaluate, and annotate different types of data used for AI training and validation.
- Provide clear and accurate written feedback based on project requirements.
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance.
- Complete problem-solving and reasoning tasks across multiple subject areas.
- Follow project guidelines and quality assurance procedures.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience
Previous experience with data annotation or data labeling is an advantage but not required.
Contract & Compensation
This is a remote contractor opportunity with 1,000 openings.
Compensation is advertised at $50–$90 per hour.
