Role Overview
Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced finance professionals for a short-term AI training and evaluation project. You’ll develop finance tasks, evaluate AI-generated work, and create criteria for high-quality responses.
Responsibilities
• Develop realistic, challenging finance prompts and tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, reasoning, completeness, and quality.
• Create evaluation rubrics and scoring criteria, identifying errors and gaps.
• Research and provide reliable supporting sources when needed.
• Refine work based on testing, feedback, and project guidelines.
• Complete provided project-specific training and use required tools and methodologies.
Requirements
• Professional finance experience in areas such as investment banking, private equity, investment research, asset management, financial modeling and valuation, corporate finance/FP&A, accounting, or related analytical fields.
• Strong financial expertise, analytical judgment, and attention to detail.
• Prior AI training or evaluation experience is helpful but not required.
Project Details
• Rate: $150/hour
• Start Date: Immediately
• Availability: Ideally 40 hours/week for 2 weeks; minimum 20 hours/week
• Selected candidates must complete project-specific onboarding and training before starting.
