Overview
micro1 is seeking Visual Content Evaluators for a remote contractor opportunity supporting a customer initiative focused on improving the quality of AI-generated images. The role centers on careful visual comparison, issue spotting, and clear written feedback to help train next-generation AI systems. This project includes 1000 openings.
Scope of Work
- Upload original images you own that meet the project specifications.
- Compare each original image against its AI-generated version in a detailed side-by-side review.
- Identify visual differences, including issues in lighting, perspective, texture, anatomy, and color accuracy.
- Detect and flag common AI image artifacts such as warped hands, smudged surfaces, inconsistent shadows, broken patterns, and misshapen text.
- Write concise, accurate descriptions of each issue and note the exact area where it appears.
- Follow project guidelines carefully and prioritize quality and accuracy over speed.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback that can be used to improve the model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States, as this is a non-negotiable project requirement.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, error-free notes.
- Excellent visual acuity and the ability to notice subtle differences between similar images.
- Background in photography, digital imaging, graphic design, photo editing, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of AI image generation and common failure points.
- Experience with image evaluation, data annotation, comparison, or similar visual quality assurance work.
- Careful, reliable, detail-oriented approach to every assignment.
