Overview
micro1 is seeking 10 remote contractors for a short-term usability testing project focused on AI systems that answer questions about government services. The work is estimated at 5-10 hours per week. No AI or technical background is required.
What You’ll Do
- Read short questions and answers related to government services.
- Point out where you got confused, lost, or stuck, using your own words.
- Share what was easy to follow and what was not.
- Suggest simple changes that would make the content clearer.
Who We’re Looking For
- Adults who regularly use a phone or the web for everyday tasks.
- People who are patient with step-by-step reading and review.
- Applicants who can give honest, specific feedback.
- US-based candidates.
Nice to Have
- Experience living in a rural or smaller community; micro1 is looking for a mix of regions.
- Past experience giving feedback or testing products or services.
