Overview
RWS TrainAI is hiring a part-time General AI Data Annotator to help evaluate and improve AI outputs related to marketing and business use cases. This is a remote, W2 employee role with a 20-hour weekly schedule and fully paid training. The position is open to U.S.-based candidates only, with location restrictions to specific states.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated marketing recommendations, advertising guidance, and campaign insights for usefulness, clarity, and relevance.
- Draft, edit, and correct AI responses involving business terminology and marketing-related content.
- Provide structured feedback on areas where AI outputs can be improved.
- Support the development of AI-powered business and marketing tools through careful written evaluation.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely from one of the eligible states listed in the posting: CA (except SF Bay Area), CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NH, NJ, NC, NY (except NY City Area), OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, or WI.
- Strong written communication skills in both French and English.
- Availability for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible daily hours.
- During the first 10 business days, must be reachable online between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for onboarding.
- Strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, and ability to evaluate written content objectively while following detailed instructions.
- Comfort working independently, using VPNs, navigating web platforms, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Reliable computer running Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+ and high-speed internet.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Schedule and Employment Details
- Part-time employee (W2) position.
- Schedule is 20 hours per week, or 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- There is potential for up to 9 additional hours per week depending on project demand.
- Training and onboarding are fully paid.
