In this role, you will design analysis tasks, review AI-generated statistical work, and write the reference answers that models are measured against. Compensation is listed as USD $60–120 per hour, adjusted by country of residence.
What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated analyses for method choice, assumptions, interpretation, and communication of uncertainty.
- Develop and refine statistical and mathematical arguments used in AI evaluation tasks.
- Interpret and summarize complex numerical datasets for model-training scenarios.
- Write rubrics and structured feedback on model outputs.
- Document common statistical misconceptions that models repeat.
- Participate in calibration and review sessions and incorporate feedback to maintain quality consistency.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in statistics or a related field, or 5+ years of professional experience as a statistician or statistical analyst.
- Strong working knowledge of R or Python for statistical analysis.
- Experience with applied analysis on real datasets.
- Excellent written English.
