What You'll Do
- Transcribe audio samples accurately, including Spanish and English content where needed.
- Review, edit, and proofread transcripts to improve clarity, consistency, and linguistic accuracy.
- Annotate audio files with relevant metadata and contextual notes for AI training datasets.
- Work with project coordinators to clarify guidelines and adjust to changing project needs.
- Complete transcription assignments on time while meeting quality benchmarks.
- Share feedback on workflow, tool usability, and linguistic issues encountered during tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with advanced comprehension of spoken and written Spanish.
- Professional audio transcription experience, especially in high-accuracy settings.
- Strong commitment to producing quality language data and maintaining rigorous standards.
- Familiarity with common transcription platforms or tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and clarifying ambiguities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, or language resource development is a plus.
