Overview
TELUS Digital AI Community is seeking multilingual image and text AI evaluators for a remote, specialized two-stage visual evaluation project for generative AI models. The work focuses on reviewing AI-generated images for text accuracy, identifying visual distortions, and making precise localized corrections to help improve the quality of AI outputs. Qualified experts typically earn between $7.20 and $24.00 USD per hour, depending on project requirements, language specialization, assessment performance, and market location.
The project is open to candidates with native or fluent proficiency in one of the requested target languages: Thai, French (France), Vietnamese, Malay, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Arabic (Gulf), Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil), or Tagalog.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and score text embedded in AI-generated images for spelling, grammar, vocabulary, and contextual accuracy.
- Perform localized bounding-box corrections to capture and flag spelling errors, typographical issues, and visual rendering distortions.
- Apply complex visual and linguistic annotation guidelines consistently across assigned tasks.
- Identify subtle visual or textual anomalies and flag ambiguous cases to maintain high annotation trustworthiness.
Schedule
- Training and project kick-off are scheduled to begin near the end of September, subject to project requirements.
- Weekly commitment is a minimum of 25–30 hours per week, with at least 5 hours per day.
- Operational availability is required between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM local time for tasks and scheduled sync meetings.
- Early-day availability is required for scheduled requests and team meetings.
Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in one of the listed target languages.
- B2+ English proficiency for instructions, guideline comprehension, and team communication.
- Strong background in visual analysis, design, or image evaluation.
- Excellent vocabulary, spelling, and grammar skills.
- Strong attention to detail and context analysis skills.
- Prior experience in data rewriting, image annotation, or content editing is a strong plus.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Active social media use and awareness of modern visual digital content.
Technical Requirements
- Laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or higher, or the latest version of macOS.
- Tasks cannot be completed on mobile devices or tablets.
- Steady, high-speed internet connection.
- Headset or earphones for meetings and instructions.
