Role

Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, legal reasoning, citations, research quality, and drafting.


Priority Expertise

  • US Corporate Law: Governance, formation, disputes, fiduciary duties, transactional drafting.

  • US Securities Law: FINRA compliance, Rule 3270, Forms U4/U5, BrokerCheck, SEC enforcement.

  • US Employment & Labor Law: FMLA, FLSA, wage & hour, restrictive covenants, licensing/bar discipline.

  • Philippines Corporate Law: Commercial contracts, debt collection, registry compliance, SEC Philippines, appellate jurisprudence.

  • China IP/Patent Law: CNIPA standards, patentability, inventive step, examination, claims drafting.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI legal research and responses.

  • Verify citations and legal authorities.

  • Assess jurisdictional accuracy and reasoning.

  • Identify factual errors and unsupported claims.

  • Develop evaluation criteria/rubrics.

  • Review legal drafting and provide structured feedback.


Requirements

  • Licensed attorney, legal researcher, or senior paralegal.

  • 3+ years of relevant legal practice/research.

  • Strong expertise in the relevant jurisdiction and specialty.

  • Verifiable legal qualification, license/bar status, or relevant credentials.

  • Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and fact-checking skills.


Engagement

  • Remote and flexible.

  • Ongoing contract assignments.

  • Initial calibration exercise required; successful candidates may receive recurring work.
