Requirements

1. 2+ years in clinical practice, healthcare, medical research, or life sciences.

2. Experience leading complex projects or multidisciplinary teams.

3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

1. Experience with AI/ML, data annotation, or model evaluation projects.
