Overview

micro1 is offering a fully remote AI research project for people who can share an export of their own wearable health data. The project is open to participants who have actively worn a supported device for at least 18 months and can provide the requested data export for review.

Participants will log in to their own device account, download their export, and upload the unedited ZIP file through a Google Form. The data is intended to help train and evaluate AI models.

What You'll Do

• Sign in to your own device account and request or download the full data export.
• Check that the export covers the required time period and includes the needed data types.
• Upload the unedited export as a ZIP file through the provided Google Form.
• Follow the submission instructions carefully without altering, deleting, or filtering the data.
• Report any export issues or missing data and respond to feedback so the submission can be accepted.

Requirements

• Use a supported device or account: Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Samsung Galaxy Watch/Samsung Health, Google Fitbit/Pixel Watch, or Apple Watch.
• Have at least 18 months of continuous data, with no gap longer than 6 weeks.
• Have data recorded within the last 6 months.
• Provide at least two of the following data types: sleep, activity, or heart rate.
• Have access to your own device account login.
• Be comfortable downloading files and uploading a ZIP through a Google Form.
• Be able to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data from multiple devices or accounts.
• Three or more years of history.
• Broader coverage across sleep, fitness, activity, and heart rate data.

Compensation

You will be paid $70 per device data export submitted, after the export is reviewed and confirmed to meet the project requirements.
