Role

Build and maintain reliable web applications using Python, FastAPI, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and AI coding agents such as Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable applications and REST/GraphQL APIs.

• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and RabbitMQ.

• Write unit, integration, API, and E2E tests.

• Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance.

• Use Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.

• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.

• Contribute to architecture, documentation, Agile/Scrum processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Practical software development experience through professional work, internships, projects, open source, or a strong portfolio.

• Strong Python and FastAPI (or similar) experience.

• React and JavaScript/TypeScript experience.

• Backend development with Python and/or Node.js.

• REST or GraphQL API development.

• Unit/integration testing and SQL/database knowledge.

• Git/GitHub and code-review experience.

• Experience with Claude Code or a similar AI coding agent.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently remotely.

• Professional English proficiency.

Nice to Have

GraphQL, Playwright, CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms, RabbitMQ/Kafka/Redis, Grafana/Sentry, AI/ML integration, API security, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience or a strong technical portfolio accepted.

Note: Despite the “Senior” title, promising junior candidates with strong technical foundations may also be considered.
