micro1 is seeking Salesforce Specialists for a remote contractor role supporting a customer project focused on improving AI systems. There are 40 openings for this opportunity. The work centers on applying real-world Salesforce expertise to complete, review, and document CRM workflows, with an emphasis on clear communication and accurate business-process understanding.
Scope of Work
- Complete and review realistic workflows inside Salesforce.
- Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Use Salesforce Flow and other automation tools to support common business processes.
- Organize and manage CRM data accurately.
- Explore Salesforce capabilities and identify common real-world use cases.
- Document the steps required to complete different Salesforce workflows.
- Review workflows and provide feedback based on Salesforce experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience using Salesforce in sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM data management.
- Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required.
