Role

Create realistic AI-training tasks based on professional experience in the U.S. Real Estate and Rental & Leasing sector. Each task includes a workplace request, source files, an ideal deliverable, and evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic real estate workplace requests and source materials.
• Produce polished, professional deliverables.
• Develop clear criteria for evaluating completed work.
• Cover areas such as brokerage, pricing, negotiations, leasing, property management, transactions, and compliance.
• Complete tasks that may take up to 4 hours each.
• Work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Requirements

• Must be U.S.-based.
• Native or native-level English.
• Direct U.S. real estate work or project experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry documents, systems, and workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to create accurate, professional deliverables and objective evaluation criteria.
• Reliable and self-directed.

Preferred

• Current or previous real estate salesperson/broker license.
• Experience across multiple property or transaction types.
• AI training, annotation, or model evaluation experience.

Pay: Per accepted task.
