Description
Turing is hiring LLM Trainers to help improve advanced AI models by creating high-quality training and evaluation data focused on AI agents and function calling.
You’ll simulate realistic multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants that can use tools such as calendars, email, maps, and cloud drives to accomplish tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Design realistic multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants.
- Simulate both the user and assistant sides of conversations.
- Work with function calls and tool-based AI interactions.
- Determine when and how an AI assistant should use available tools.
- Create scenarios involving apps such as email, calendars, maps, and drives.
- Produce examples demonstrating successful tasks, impossible requests, and conversations where tools aren't needed.
- Follow detailed formatting and quality guidelines.
- Revise training examples based on reviewer feedback.
- Collaborate with reviewers and other contributors to maintain quality.
Requirements
- Strong technical and logical reasoning skills.
- Understanding of APIs and structured data formats such as JSON.
- Experience with any programming language or technical stack.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Ability to break down complex tasks and model realistic assistant behavior.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
- Experience with LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
Time Commitment
Choose from 20, 30, or 40 hours per week, with at least 4 hours per day and 4 hours of overlap with PST.
