Overview
Turing is looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to evaluate and compare responses generated by multiple chatbots. This is a project-based role with a defined number of evaluation tasks over a 16-week duration. The work is fully remote and follows a five-day workweek, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
What You'll Do
- Review and compare chatbot responses against defined guidelines.
- Assess outputs for accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, and guideline adherence.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and other quality issues.
- Provide structured feedback and a final assessment for each task.
- Maintain consistency across reviews by following evaluation instructions carefully.
- Document findings clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with project and quality teams to resolve questions or ambiguities.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Escalate complex or unclear cases when needed.
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance, data annotation, content evaluation, testing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot subtle errors.
- Comfort working with AI tools, chatbots, and online platforms.
- Prior experience with chatbot evaluation, LLM testing, or data-quality projects is an advantage.
