Overview
TELUS Digital is hiring a part-time, remote Digital Content Evaluator for the United States. This is an independent contractor opportunity in the TELUS Digital AI Community, where contributors help review and improve online content used to support AI-powered search and digital experiences. No previous professional experience is required, but applicants must meet the basic requirements and pass the qualification process.
What You’ll Do
- Review and evaluate online content such as text, images, videos, webpages, and search results.
- Assess results for relevance, quality, accuracy, usefulness, and alignment with user intent.
- Compare digital outputs and provide structured feedback following project guidelines.
- Review material that may be sensitive, upsetting, or otherwise offensive.
- Identify content that is inappropriate, misleading, low quality, or unsuitable for certain audiences.
- Help improve online safety, content discovery, and overall user experience.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must have lived in the United States for the past three consecutive years.
- Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the United States.
- Active use of Gmail and social media platforms.
- Experience using web browsers to navigate and interact with online content.
- Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection.
- Access to a smartphone with Android 5.0 or higher, or iOS 14 or higher.
- Access to a personal computer.
