HR, Learning & Development Expert — PowerPoint Review & Reconstruction

Overview

micro1 is seeking experienced Human Resources and Learning & Development experts for a contractor project focused on elevating executive-level presentation materials. This role supports AI training by providing high-quality, real-world domain input. You will receive images of business slides related to HR, learning, and organizational development, then reconstruct and enhance them in Microsoft PowerPoint. The work includes documenting the improvements you make as well as the original choices you intentionally preserve. There are 15 openings for this opportunity, and assignments are expected to take about 1–2 hours each, with volume varying by project sprint.

Scope of Work

• Rebuild business slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint with clear, professional structure.
• Improve content organization, data visualization, visual storytelling, and slide layout for senior or client-facing audiences.
• Edit and refine slide content while preserving important HR and L&D definitions, caveats, and data accuracy.
• Document the reasoning behind both the enhancements made and the original elements intentionally retained.
• Strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, and exhibit selection for each slide.
• Handle a range of materials such as organization design decks, training modules, and compensation reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, learning & development, organizational development, or workforce strategy.
• Experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
• Strong capability in slide reconstruction, data visualization, visual storytelling, and business communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and content editing within HR and L&D subject matter.
• Ability to explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and design decisions clearly.
• Comfort working independently in a project-based, sprint-driven environment with variable volume.
• Prior experience with AI data training, evaluation, or rubric writing is a plus, but not required.
