Overview
TransPerfect is seeking temporary full-time Data Quality Analysts for a 3-month engagement, with the possibility of extension. The role is fully remote and is based in Quebec and Alberta, Canada. It focuses on evaluating digital content, software applications, and language-based data to support digital product quality and AI data quality.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and rate web applications, content relevance, and in-app workflows using defined quality guidelines.
- Assess functionality, usability, user experience, and content quality across multiple platforms.
- Analyze, classify, and label content for accuracy and relevance.
- Identify issues, document findings, and provide actionable feedback.
- Conduct quality audits and support process improvements.
- Support data rating activities, including coordination, scheduling, and testing.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in one of the required language/locales: German (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland), Italian (Switzerland), Dutch (Netherlands or Belgium), Hebrew (Israel), Norwegian Bokmål, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Polish.
- Strong reading, writing, listening, and comprehension ability in the selected language/local.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with iOS devices and applications is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Background in QA, content evaluation, relevance ranking, data annotation, localization, linguistic review, or content moderation.
- Experience evaluating websites, mobile apps, or software products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, search relevance, or language data projects.
- Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or project coordination.
