Overview
micro1 is selecting Dutch Bilingual Experts for a remote contractor project supporting a global customer. The work focuses on helping train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world language evaluations. No prior AI experience is required; strong Dutch language expertise is the key requirement. There are 100 openings.
What You'll Do
- Listen to short Dutch audio clips and judge the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated speech.
- Assess pronunciation, grammar, and overall linguistic authenticity against native Dutch standards.
- Write clear feedback on language nuances, mistakes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Record findings accurately using the project tools and guidelines.
- Work with quality assurance leads to keep evaluations consistent and reliable.
- Maintain careful attention to detail across all submissions.
- Join occasional project update sessions and respond to clarifications when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level Dutch proficiency, including awareness of regional language variation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (B2+ English required).
- Experience with language analysis, editorial review, language teaching, translation, or similar work is helpful.
- Ability to give concise, constructive feedback.
- Comfort working with online tools to review and submit assessments remotely.
- Interest in language technology and commitment to linguistic accuracy.
