Overview
micro1 is hiring Italian Bilingual Experts for a remote language and AI training project with a valued customer. The work supports next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that helps models learn, reason, and perform. This is a contractor role, and no prior AI experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Listen to Italian audio clips and evaluate how natural and fluent the speaker or model output sounds.
- Review pronunciation, intonation, and overall linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
- Write clear, concise feedback in English and explain the reasoning behind each assessment.
- Work with project coordinators to resolve questions or clarify language-related requirements.
- Share insights that help improve Italian language understanding and generation in AI models.
- Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level Italian proficiency with strong spoken and written command of the language.
- At least B2-level English proficiency for both written and verbal communication.
- Background in voice work, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is valued.
- Strong ability to notice subtle language differences and explain them clearly.
- Experience in media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.
