Career Coach – AI Training

Job Description

micro1 is hiring 45 Career Coaches in the United States for a remote project focused on improving professional and career-development resources used to train next-generation AI systems.

You’ll participate in realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations and demonstrate how experienced professionals approach career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, and career transitions.

No prior AI experience is required. Your professional career-coaching expertise is what matters.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations with other professionals.
• Simulate common career coaching scenarios.
• Discuss areas such as career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, and career transitions.
• Provide practical and thoughtful guidance based on real-world coaching experience.
• Demonstrate strong active listening and questioning techniques.
• Adapt conversations to different career goals, professional backgrounds, and individual needs.
• Maintain natural, engaging, and professional conversations.
• Follow project guidelines to ensure interactions accurately represent real career coaching sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or similar role.
• Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct natural and helpful one-on-one coaching conversations.
• Experience supporting people with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions.
• Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.

Contract & Compensation

This is a remote contractor opportunity for candidates in the United States, with 45 openings.

Compensation is advertised at $50–$100 per hour.
