micro1 is hiring 70 Bilingual Mental Health Experts for a remote project focused on improving AI systems using professional expertise in psychology and psychiatry.
You’ll evaluate AI-generated psychological content, develop and review training data, provide expert feedback, and help ensure AI outputs align with appropriate clinical, ethical, cultural, and linguistic standards.
No prior AI experience is required. Professional expertise in psychology or psychiatry is the primary requirement.
What You’ll Do
Review AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and appropriate professional standards.
Develop and review datasets involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations.
Provide detailed written feedback and professional insights to improve AI-generated responses.
Evaluate content involving clinical scenarios, research examples, and therapeutic communication.
Identify potential inaccuracies or biases and recommend evidence-based improvements.
Apply psychological concepts and frameworks to AI training and evaluation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure content follows appropriate cultural, linguistic, ethical, and clinical practices.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources supporting AI development.
Required / Preferred Qualifications
Completed PhD in Psychology OR an MD with completed psychiatry residency.
Native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian.
Advanced English communication skills.
Ability to explain complex psychological concepts clearly in writing and conversation.
Experience in clinical practice, psychological or psychiatric research, or higher education.
Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
Understanding of cultural sensitivity and ethical considerations in mental health contexts.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working on interdisciplinary or technology-focused projects is considered an advantage.
Contract & Compensation
This is a remote contractor opportunity with 70 openings.
Compensation is advertised at $100–$200 per hour.
