Role Overview
OneForma is seeking native-language speakers to review long-form audio transcriptions for accuracy and quality. The work involves checking transcripts, speaker labels, timestamps, segmentation, and audio quality against project guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Review audio transcriptions for accuracy.
• Check speaker labels, timestamps, and segmentation.
• Correct pre-annotated segments when necessary.
• Identify unclear speech, accents, language issues, or synthetic audio.
• Compare transcripts with the original audio and project guidelines.
• Maintain consistent quality across completed tasks.
Requirements
• Native speaker of a supported language/locale.
• Strong written English.
• Excellent listening and attention to detail.
• Ability to distinguish multiple speakers and regional accents.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines.
• Computer, reliable internet, and microphone.
• Successful completion of required practice tasks.
Previous transcription, annotation, data-labeling, or quality-review experience is an advantage.
