AI Ethics Reviewer

Overview

Alignerr is hiring AI Ethics Reviewers for flexible remote freelance work. The role focuses on evaluating AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns so AI systems can communicate more responsibly and reduce harm. The commitment is 10–40 hours per week, and no prior background in AI or ethics is required.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated content for bias, stereotypes, and potentially harmful outputs.
• Assess whether responses are safe and appropriate for different audiences and contexts.
• Identify ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback.
• Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a variety of topics.
• Evaluate how AI handles sensitive subjects such as identity, culture, and social issues.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
