Role Overview

Mindrift offers project-based opportunities to help test, evaluate, and improve AI systems. Projects may involve reviewing and annotating text, images, or videos when work is available.

Responsibilities

• Review provided text, images, or videos.
• Label and classify content according to project guidelines.
• Rate AI-generated content and evaluate factual accuracy.
• Compare AI responses and identify errors or issues.
• Flag content that is factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear.
• Follow task instructions and meet project deadlines and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1+ year of professional experience in any role.
• Strong logical thinking, reasoning, and fact-checking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
• English proficiency: C1+, written and spoken.
• Resume must be submitted in English with your English proficiency level indicated.

Project Details

• Work Type: Project-based freelance; not permanent employment.
• Estimated Hours: 10–20 hours/week during active project phases.
• Work availability is not guaranteed.
• Tasks must meet deadlines and acceptance criteria to be accepted.

Compensation

• Paid per accepted task.
• Rate depends on qualification tier and task completion efficiency.
• Up to $20/hour equivalent.
• Quality standards must be maintained regardless of working speed.
