Description
Turing is seeking creative and confident video creators for an AI research project focused on helping AI systems better understand and describe real-world environments.
As a Video Content Creator, you’ll produce short 1–5 minute “walk-and-talk” videos showcasing interesting public locations around your area, such as parks, landmarks, markets, and cultural spots.
What You’ll Do
- Record 1–5 minute walk-and-talk videos in public locations.
- Speak naturally on camera while describing your surroundings.
- Capture clear, steady video and audio using a smartphone or camera.
- Select safe public locations where filming is permitted.
- Follow provided creative guidelines and video structure.
- Submit accurate location information with each video.
- Follow privacy and safety guidelines when recording.
Requirements
- Must be based in an eligible U.S. state.
- Comfortable speaking clearly in English on camera.
- Creative, personable, and confident presentation style.
- Smartphone or recording device with good video and audio quality.
- Reliable internet for uploading videos.
- Ability to follow guidelines and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience or interest in vlogging, photography, tourism, or performing arts.
- Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram Reels.
- Basic knowledge of video framing or editing.
Contract Details
- Minimum commitment: 10 hours per week
- May require 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time
- Contractor/freelance engagement
- Duration: 3 months
- Flexible work with filming completed in your local area.
Location Restrictions
This opportunity is available in the United States only, but applicants must not reside in Texas, Illinois, California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Vermont due to consent regulations.
