Role Overview

Lead strategic legal AI pilots and research projects from scoping through operationalization, bridging customer needs, legal expertise, and global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal AI pilots and validate quality, feasibility, and cost.

• Define workflows, expert requirements, quality standards, and operational processes.

• Guide the use of case law, contracts, statutes, regulatory filings, and legal reasoning for AI training and evaluation.

• Manage considerations around privilege, confidentiality, and jurisdictional requirements.

• Collaborate with attorneys, researchers, customers, and global delivery teams.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent law degree.

• 2+ years in private practice, in-house, legal research, regulatory, or compliance work.

• 2+ years leading complex projects or operational workflows.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• AI/ML, data annotation, or AI evaluation experience.

• Experience managing legal, technical, or data-intensive projects.

• Familiarity with legal research, contract analysis, litigation, or regulatory/compliance workflows.
