Registered Nurse

Overview

micro1 is seeking Registered Nurses for a remote contractor project supporting the training and evaluation of AI systems. There are 100 openings for this United States-based opportunity. The work centers on inpatient clinical expertise, with no prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do

• Review and annotate clinical content and inpatient documentation, including nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, orders, lab results, and discharge summaries.
• Assess AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across different inpatient populations and care scenarios.
• Use bedside nursing judgment and knowledge of inpatient workflows, standards of care, and documentation practices to validate and enrich datasets.
• Work with project stakeholders through written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.
• Provide feedback on guidelines and edge cases to help improve workflows and model understanding.

Requirements

• Based in the United States and eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S.
• Recent inpatient bedside RN experience is preferred.
• Broad clinical exposure with comfort reviewing documentation across multiple inpatient populations, rather than a narrow specialty focus.
• Experience in an academic or large health system setting, such as a teaching hospital, is preferred.
• Previous annotation experience with positive performance reviews is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear and careful attention to detail.
