Overview
TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is looking for freelancers in Nigeria to help make AI-generated content safer, more helpful, and more responsible. This role is suited to people with a background in psychology who can assess how AI responds to sensitive or risky situations using an understanding of human behavior and mental health.
What You'll Do
- Review content that has been flagged as potentially harmful or risky and check whether it aligns with safety guidelines.
- Assess AI interactions with users to spot biased, unfair, or otherwise problematic behavior.
- Identify ambiguous cases where an AI may produce poor advice and help define safer response options.
- Apply mental-health awareness to evaluate whether the AI handles sensitive topics appropriately and with care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in your primary language.
- Basic English proficiency (B1) to read project guides and safety rules.
- Strong empathy and logical judgment for identifying risks in AI-generated content.
