Primary Care Physician

Overview

micro1 is seeking experienced Primary Care / Physician experts for a remote project focused on reviewing and evaluating real-world healthcare content. This is a contractor role with 30 openings. Selected experts will use their clinical knowledge and practical experience to assess medical scenarios, provide clinical reasoning, and deliver high-quality expert feedback.

What You’ll Do

• Review primary care and general medicine scenarios.
• Assess symptoms, medical histories, clinical findings, and other relevant patient information.
• Use clinical reasoning to identify likely differential diagnoses and appropriate next steps.
• Evaluate proposed treatment plans and patient management approaches against established clinical practice.
• Review medical content for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify incorrect, unclear, or potentially misleading clinical information.
• Provide clear, evidence-based explanations for your evaluations.
• Complete structured annotation, evaluation, and quality-review tasks using healthcare expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience or demonstrated expertise in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or a related clinical field.
• Relevant medical education, qualifications, or professional certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medical practices.
• Prior human data experience, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI model evaluation, or similar work.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
