Project Overview

Productive Playhouse is building a talent pool of Igbo speakers for upcoming projects testing and evaluating AI chatbots and language models. Participants will interact directly with AI models to assess their capabilities, safety, helpfulness, and response quality.

This is a talent pool rather than a single ongoing position. Applicants apply once and may be contacted for this and future projects requiring their language skills.

Responsibilities

Depending on the project, tasks may include:

• Testing and evaluating AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations.

• Using assigned goals and prompts to evaluate AI responses.

• Participating in voice-based interactions with AI models when required.

• Submitting ratings, write-ups, screenshots, or recordings as specified.

• Following project-specific instructions and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.

Voice sessions may be recorded and shared with the client when required.

Requirements

• Native or expert-level fluency in Igbo as spoken in Nigeria.

• C2-level proficiency in the language being evaluated.

• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.

• 18 years of age or older.

• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models.

• Comfortable with written and voice-based conversations.

• Own smartphone, laptop/computer, and reliable internet.

• Comfortable using web-based tools.

• Ability to pass language proficiency and technical literacy assessments.

• Responsive communication during onboarding.

• Able to start within 48 hours.
