Overview
RWS is looking for a part-time, remote General AI Data Annotator supporting German and English language work for U.S.-based candidates only. The role is W2 employment, scheduled for 20 hours per week with a flexible Monday–Friday workday, and includes paid training and onboarding.
The position is focused on evaluating and improving AI-generated business and marketing content. You will review responses, refine written outputs, and provide structured feedback that helps improve business support tools and marketing guidance.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated marketing recommendations, advertising guidance, and campaign insights for clarity, usefulness, and relevance to businesses.
- Edit and correct AI responses related to business terminology and written language flow.
- Identify areas where AI output can be improved and provide structured feedback.
- Work independently while following detailed instructions and project requirements.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and in one of these eligible states: CA (except SF Bay Area), CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NH, NJ, NC, NY (except NYC area), OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, or WI.
- Strong written communication skills in both German and English.
- Availability for 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- During the first 10 business days, must be reachable online between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for onboarding.
- Strong critical thinking and reading comprehension for evaluating written content objectively.
- Comfort with VPNs, web platforms, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Reliable computer running Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+ and high-speed internet.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Schedule and Compensation
- Part-time employee (W2) role.

- Compensation: $21.50/hour.
- Potential for up to 9 additional hours per week based on project demand.
