Role

Lead enterprise AI engagements from scoping through delivery, working with federal customers and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define AI/ML projects, proposals, and Statements of Work.

• Manage projects, budgets, timelines, resources, and contractual requirements.

• Identify expansion opportunities across use cases and datasets.

• Coordinate clients, technical teams, and Snorkel leadership.

• Develop scalable delivery processes and frameworks.

• Support complex National Security initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical, client-facing role such as consulting, professional services, or customer success.

• Experience delivering AI/ML or technology projects.

• Strong client, solution-design, project-management, and communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple customer engagements.

• Federal RFC/RFI/RFP experience preferred.

• Experience across Civilian, DOD, and National Security agencies preferred, including federal law enforcement, healthcare, financial/regulatory, or military operations.

• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, CS, statistics, mathematics, or related).

• Active TS clearance required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
