Overview
micro1 is seeking 40 dentists (DDS/DMD) with dental technology experience for a remote contractor project at the intersection of clinical dentistry and digital innovation. The work focuses on helping train AI systems with high-quality clinical input. No prior AI experience is required; relevant dental expertise is the key requirement.
Scope of Work
- Review dental cases, treatment plans, and clinical workflows using real-world clinical experience.
- Assess dental radiographs, digital impressions, intraoral scans, and other imaging outputs.
- Evaluate workflows that use dental practice management software, digital imaging tools, CAD/CAM systems, and treatment planning platforms.
- Identify inaccuracies and provide detailed feedback grounded in clinical knowledge and dental best practices.
- Create and review realistic dental scenarios based on practical experience.
- Review, annotate, and evaluate dental-related content to help improve AI model quality and accuracy.
- Document findings with clear written explanations and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental qualification, plus active dental license and clinical dentistry experience.
- Hands-on experience using dental software and digital dentistry tools in practice.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, 3Shape, CEREC, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of dental practice management, digital imaging, CAD/CAM, and treatment planning workflows.
- Prior human data work such as data annotation, data labeling, RLHF, or AI model evaluation is required.
- Experience reviewing dental imaging, digital treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- Ability to provide structured, detailed feedback with strong analytical judgment.
