Overview
micro1 is seeking Content Writers & Editors for a remote contractor engagement focused on text quality and AI evaluation. The work supports the training of next-generation AI systems by reviewing and improving written content, with 80 openings available. No prior AI experience is required; relevant writing and editorial expertise is the key requirement.
Scope of Work
- Evaluate written content for clarity, coherence, accuracy, and alignment with project standards.
- Provide detailed writing feedback to support continual improvement.
- Identify and annotate AI-generated text, including low-quality or artificial-sounding content.
- Edit documents for grammar, syntax, structure, and tone while maintaining strong English proficiency.
- Work remotely with coordinators and other specialists to share editorial insights.
- Contribute written analysis and recommendations that improve AI training datasets.
- Complete assignments within defined timelines and maintain consistent deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing, editing, or evaluating text-based documents.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field, or experience teaching English.
- Native-level English proficiency with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to distinguish between human-written and AI-generated text.
- Background in content assessment, editorial review, or quality assurance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability during Australia / Asia Pacific time zones.
